Suzuki chain tensioner for GS500e and Bandit models
Similar to the chain tensioners we made for the early Ducati Monster models (and others) this part fits to the Suzuki GS500e
(and possibly, as long as they share the same swingarm measurement) to the Suzuki Bandit models as well. It is to substitute the original sheet metal element, that first, looks quite aweful, secondly tends to bend while losening the rear-wheel-axle, and thirdly does not support a very precise adjustement of the secondary drive-chain.
It’s cost for both sides, 3D printed in SLS – manner out of PA12 with Aluminium particles (Alumide) is 45 €
Colored in black it is 50 €
Suzuki GS500e swingarm cap
a part that fits the upper Suzuki chain tensioners. It’s advantage the fact that it sits nicer in the swingarm then the original sheet metal pendant, that tends to sit in unideal position when one fastenes the chain tensioner nut.
It fits on Suzukis GS500e model and all models that share this models swingarm profile measurements.
